What’s included:

An Initial catch up to discuss your content goals, a 2 hour on location photo shoot which can include lifestyle, behind the scenes, and headshots.

In terms of product photography, we can provide a mix of studio and lifestyle imagery whether you need plain white backgrounds for your website, or photographs of your product in action.

We can also provide short form videos for your business to use across social media platforms including cinematic, behind the scenes, or fast paced reels depending on your business needs.

Architecture

Architecture Photography for Finished High-End Buildings

Capture the character, craftsmanship, and atmosphere of completed, high-end builds with photography and videography tailored for building companies and architecture firms.

The intent is to capture the details and key design features, rather than rooms and layout.

What’s included:

  • We will have an initial conversation with you to gain an understanding of the design intent and key features. You are welcome to provide a shot list if there is certain features or spaces you need photographed.

  • Photography: Exterior, interior, and detail shots that highlight materials, lines, lighting, and layout. Focusing on accurate colour, contrast, and shadow detail for a polished, natural look. Depending on the size or complexity of the building, the photoshoot can take anywhere from 2-5hrs, sometimes longer if we are also providing add ons such as drone photography and/or videography.

  • Post-production: Colour grading, perspective correction, high dynamic range blending, selective retouching.

  • Deliverables: High resolution and web resolution photography is delivered via a personalised online gallery. Turnaround time is generally 1 week from the date of the photoshoot, however we will discuss timeframes with you prior to the photoshoot.

    We do not provide a limit on how many photographs you receive. You will be provided with all photographs we believe showcase the building, providing a variety of photographs which capture the character, craftsmanship, and atmosphere. As a guide, you can expect to receive 20+ photographs.

Photography Only Price:

Pricing below provides for one site visit, and excludes travel.

Half Day Photoshoot (4hrs) - $1000.00 Recommended for larger buildings with a high level of detail.

Standard Photoshoot (2hrs) - $550.00 Recommended for renovations or smaller buildings with simple details.

A perfect blend between classic real estate photography, and lifestyle photography. Capturing every room and outdoor space, while showcasing the best features and the small details that make the space and location unique.

What’s included:

  • We will have an initial conversation with you to discuss ideas. You are welcome to provide a shot list if there is certain features or locations you need photographed (eg. coffee shops nearby, beaches, walkways).

  • Deliverables: High resolution and web resolution photography is delivered via a personalised online gallery. Turnaround time is generally 3-5 working days from the date of the photoshoot (photos only), please allow 5 working days for video content.

    We do not provide a limit on how many photographs you receive. You will be provided with all photographs we believe showcase the building, providing a variety of photographs which capture the building layout, the small details, and location. As a guide, you can expect to receive 20+ photographs.
